What causes pregnant woman to not be able to sleep?
I am only 15 weeks, but every night this week I have woke up at 4 in the morning and cant go back to sleep. My boyd temp. is not comfortable, no position is comfortable, I pee 3 of 4 times, I drink sleepy time tea.... Nothing helps me fall back asleep. I have horrible nightmares when I am asleep. Then when I wake up I am either scared or anxious or just have so many thoughts running through my mind. Then I am exhausted all day!!! What causes this? Is there any suggestions from mama's out there on how to cure this? With my daughter I never had this problem. Being anemic now, I am constantly tired anyway so losing this sleep is torture! I go to my doctors next week, but in the mean time I am so tired and I just cant sleep! I cant sleep during the day- I work, and have an 11 month old daughter.

i am the same way!!! i usually wake up around 3 or 4 then again to pee. sometimes i think its because the body is constantly workin internally so ur hormones are everywhere which causes u to be up. but then what makes me mad is that i cant keep my eyes open durin the day.
