Can i take legal action against an organization which hassles me enough to start smoking again after quitting?
The department of transportation SA,Australia has by far the worst service possible.I was sitting for a driving test after paying at one counter when another person from another counter rudely tells me to come up.I told him that i was'nt aware of this and there was no notification anywhere of the same plus i was asked to be seated but that did'nt stop him from cribbing.After providing ID,i was told that one of them was insufficient but later was concluded to be sufficient showing that the employee had no idea about the organisation's policies.This follows the most ridiculous thing i have ever heard and that is an eye exam (form required to be filled out) by a medical practioner.I was told to fill the form if i have a disorder.How is wearing glasses an eye disorder?(this is not in any paper form until you go to their office)So now i go to the doctor who is also baffled and confused and what should have cost $25, now costs me a $100 and i want to smoke after being clean for 7 days.
NO- you can't take legal action. How about placing blame where it belongs. It is your fault you started smoking in the first place. Get over it!
