So, what do you plan on doing? Climb up onto the changing station and change your own diaper? You would definitely look like a pervert or a sexual predator then. If you're 12, then you are big enough to scare little kids and old enough to be charged with a crime. Their parents will call the cops and you will end up being charged with public lewdness. Perhaps spend some time in the "Juvenile Detention Center".
For your own protection, keep your business in the bathroom stall and keep your smelly butt off the changing station.
