Nursery Set up question

Hi Ladies,
I'm 26weeks pregnant & am starting to get everything together for the nursery, however, my husband & I decided for the first little while to put the cot / change table in the master bedroom & leave the guest room set up for my Mum to come & stay for the first few weeks along with numerous other interstate visitors.
I just don't know what to set up in my bedroom & what to set up in the guest room? What will I need available to me in the bedroom along with change table / cot & what can be organised & left in the guest room?
I have a cute toy hammock (among other things) that I wanted to mount on the wall in the guest room (which will be the nursery in due time) but don't know if I should do it now or wait until the cot is transferred in there?

I think this is a great idea. I did a similar set-up when my babies were born. You will need plenty of diapers, wet wipes, diaper rash cream, Q-tips, burping towels, and light blankets in both rooms. I would keep at least two changes of clothes for the baby in the master bedroom. Keep a garbage can with liner handy in both rooms for the overwhelming supply of used diapers, until they can be taken out. Good luck! It sounds like you have everything well under control!

What it gives us beyond the pure “entertainment factor” is truly amazing.
