Is it necessary to change a baby's diaper during the night?

This is assuming that there is no poo. Everytime I change his diaper during the night he does not go back to bed easily, but I feel guilty if I leave him with a wet diaper. He is 3 months old.

Yes, I would change him. Babies are prone to infection and it's worth it to change him in the night.

What I will sometimes do it feed her half her bottle and when she is starting to fall asleep again I will change her and then feed her the rest. This helps put her back to sleep. I also don't turn on the lights in her room, I have the hall light on, but don't want the light shining on her face.

Don't wake him to change it though, but if he is up already then just change him.
