When did your baby switch to a Toddler Bed with regular sheets, etc?
My baby sleeps in a Grobag Sleeping Bag now (she's 7 months old). When did you switch your baby to a toddler bed with regular sheets, pillows, comforter, etc?
I'm not planning on giving my 7 month old a pillow.
14 months.
I was going to wait longer but thanks to the recall, I'm not comfortable with the drop-side on cribs and it'll be months until I can get a repair kit.

I remember when I was that age, exactly, and I wanted Levi’s jeans instead of Wranglers because Levi’s was cool. It’s horrifying for a child that age to be un-cool.
It’s normal.
As the parent of a teenager, I feel it’s really that they know it’s okay to WANT things. And it’s even okay to want things because they want to be “cool.” After all, think about the clothing you buy. You want stuff that makes you look good or “cool.” You’d prefer a car that’s cool rather than a rusted out clunker, probably. No different for a kid.
I also feel it’s and this is the tough that if you can easily afford to help your kid be “cool,” then by all means, DO IT. It’s hard enough out there for them. But make him work for it, so he values what he gets.
