which mattress fits graco victoria crib?
I bought the Graco Victoria Crib in White. And unfortunately, I wanted the Simmons Beautyrest Mattress to go with it. However, it does not fit snug into the crib.. there is a major gap. Does anyone know which mattress would fit snug into the crib?
Secondly, is the paint on the crib non-toxic/ non-lead based paint?? I opened the box and the odor is strong! A very concerned first time parent!
Lead based paint is illegal in the US, so I think it's safe to say that the paint is lead free. Paint smells..there's no such thing as paint that doesn't smell. You were probably also smelling the wood from the crib..also a strong odor.
As far as I know, most crib mattresses come in the same measurements. Approx. 51 inches by 27 inches. You could get a tape measurer and measure how long and wide the crib bottom is (the area where the mattress lays).
