Do you change your babies diaper in your bed?

I'm 36 weeks 1 day pregnant. I'm trying to get my room ready for the baby. I have a bassinet set up next to my bed. My room is really small and my queen sized bed takes up most of it, leaving room for the bassinet and that's about it. I wonder how I am going to change her diaper in the middle of the night. I don't want to change her on my bed because that's pretty gross and I don't want to have to wash my bedding at 3am. I don't have room for a changing table. Should I just change her on the floor? I don't want to get up and down off the floor all the time because I will probably be in pain right after the birth. Any suggestions?

why is changing her on your bed gross? and what in the world makes you think you would have to clean your bedding afterwards? anytime I've ever changed my child..there bottom doesn't touch what they are laying on until its clean, and has a new diaper under them..heres how it works..

have clean diaper, and wipes already out and ready, with the diaper already pulled apart ready to place under the baby

lay the baby flat on the bed (with a towel underneat if you prefer)
undo dirty diaper and pull the sides away
lift the baby's bottom up holding both ankles together in one hand, remove the dirty diaper with your free hand to the side, now, take your free hand again, and pick up the wipes and clean baby's bottom, lay wipes on top of dirty diaper (keep in mind..this whole time you are still holding the baby's bottom up by ankles with your other hand) after the bottom is clean, place clean diaper underneath baby's bottom, and lay baby down, secure diaper.

I have 2 girls, and 2 nieces, and 2 nephews, we are with each other every day, or just about...I myself have never had an accident, I change my daughter every morning on my bed because I have no changing table, and I've never had anything to get on my bed, nor have I ever had to clean bedding at 3 am. hope this helps.
