Will a fly sheet help my horse not scar as much by other horses nipping at her?
she has several little scars on her from horse nipping at her and turning her out without other horses is not an option and i think its just unnatural and mean. shes already with the sweetest horses at the barn (shes not very donminate) but she gets picked on still. will a fly sheet help a little when it come to just the little nips.
ya well we moved barns and her new pasture mates are much nicer! lol
It might help but you may find that your fly sheet will get ripped. Also it might not be about pecking order but if your horse is turned out with youngsters they like to play. They will nip and pull manes but if shes got a rug on they will like that even better.
